I am hearing rumblings that various state tourism boards across the country are also offering anywhere from $25 - $50 in gas cards depending on location.
Probably more to come. If you know of any, please post in comments.
NOTE: Please be mindful of 2 things....
1. There will be plenty of scams for this sort of thing. KNOW who you are dealing with for these offers.
2. Fill your tanks early in the day to get the best deal. As the day gets hotter, gas expands. You won't get as much for your money later in the day when it is hot. Fuel up when it is cool or in the late, late evening.

Snopes debunks your second comment. Since fuel is stored underground, and US pumps are calibrated to deliver gas at 60 degrees F (except in Hawaii where they're calibrated to 80 degrees).

Across America we could drop 15% of our need for oil by simply observing the speed limits posted. The percentage of speeders today has increased the need for foreign oil to the point that is is unpatriotic to SPEED! Also, you Can't be Green if you Speed even if you are in a Prius!

Price Chopper Supermarkets (upstate NY) and Sunoco teamed up to reward those who hold Price Chopper's loyalty card. Spend $50 at Price Chopper and get $.10 off per gallon. This is cumulative - so after $350 of checkout tapes, you'd have $.70 off a gallon - like turning back the clock to several months ago!

Actually snopes does NOT debunk the comment. If you read it carefully, you'll notice that, yes, fuel is sold WITHIN THE INDUSTRY with volume being calculated based on 60 degrees F. However, with the exception of Hawaii, there is no adjustment for temp at the pump where consumers are paying.

It's simple: Gas is only sold to the consumer by volume and volume expands with temperature.

Whether or not the volume difference between 6am and 12 noon actually adds up to enough savings to be worth the trouble....that's another story!
